Our company headquarters are located in Kupferzell, Baden-Württemberg. We can also be found at twelve other locations. Not tied to a location, our sales department is always where our customers are. Our field sales representatives are at the service of our customers throughout Germany – in different regions, cities and villages – as strong partners. They are always connected with colleagues in our branches. This real cohesion is what we are all about.

We’re always moving forward. RECA NORM was founded in 1981. Since then, we have been committed to pursuing our corporate goals, taking on new challenges and continuing to grow. We now supply customers in 20 countries. Equipped with state-of-the-art logistics and communications systems, our headquarters is a hexagon shape – just like our logo. Working environment

A pleasant, familial and respectful working atmosphere is a matter of course for us. Well-lit rooms with natural light, ergonomically designed workstations and modern technical equipment also ensure that you can feel at home in the workplace. Use our meeting rooms to get creative together or to exchange ideas with your colleagues. Our kitchenette and terrace too invite you to talk with colleagues or simply recharge your batteries. Thanks to our beautiful location in the middle of the countryside, you can also spend your lunch break in the fresh air.

Well connected

By car, you can get to Kupferzell easily via highway 19 towards Schwäbisch Hall-Künzelsau and using motorway 6 towards Heilbronn-Nürnberg. Bus connections are available to Künzelsau, Waldenburg, Öhringen and Schwäbisch-Hall on numbers 7, 28 and 35.

Perfect for families

The area around Kupferzell is agricultural. The municipality consists of a total of 21 districts and offers everything you need in your day to day life: Shopping facilities, bakers and butchers, pharmacies and playgrounds. In addition to apartments for rent, there are also some properties that can be built on. Three kindergartens, a comprehensive school and a medical community practice as well as dental and veterinary practices make the place attractive for families.

Corporate restaurant

Working hard makes you hungry. In our corporate restaurant, you can fuel up and share ideas with your colleagues. Start the day with fruit, cereal, sandwiches or a hearty veal sausage breakfast. For lunch, you can choose between two balanced menus, one of which is always vegetarian. In addition, the salad bar offers fresh and healthy creations, which you can put together yourself. Tea and coffee are of course free of charge throughout the day. In addition, our restaurant invites you to have a team breakfast or a chat over coffee.

Close to the conurbations

Kupferzell, with its 6,000 inhabitants, is certainly not a hectic city, but urban flair is nearby. An hour’s drive takes you to Würzburg. The state capital of Stuttgart in Baden-Württemberg is 86 kilometres from Kupferzell. At 46 kilometres, Heilbronn is only half as far away. Even closer are Schwäbisch Hall (16 kilometres) and Öhringen (17 kilometres).

Augsburg branch (Siller & Laar)

Siller & Laar GmbH & Co. KG is an independent company under the umbrella of the RECA Group and has a long tradition. In the south of Augsburg, our customers can find the familiar RECA assortment (DIN/standard parts, tools) and a specialised range from the fittings and property areas. This includes locks, door and gate fittings, mechanical and electronic locking systems, as well as letterbox systems, components and much more. Our employees personally, competently and individually support and advise each individual customer on site. Branch managers are important contacts for colleagues and customers and manage their branch reliably and respectfully much like a small company.

Ingolstadt

Ingolstadt branch

Since 1992, our branch in Ingolstadt has been an institution. Halfway between Nuremberg and Munich, we are easily accessible via the A9 motorway. A total of 30 employees engineer the best solutions for our customers in a prestigious building with adjacent warehouse and office complex. Both our internal sales service for our key account customers, as well as telephone sales for the Bavarian region and our special item purchasing department can be found here.
In our collection point shop, you can find the complete RECA assortment and the fittings range of Siller & Laar. Something else special: In our training rooms, we offer our customers product training on various topics, such as anchors, fire protection and much more.

Dreieich

Dreieich branch

A stone’s throw away from Frankfurt Airport is our small Dreieich branch office – well connected to the A661 motorway between Frankfurt and Darmstadt. For almost 40 years now, our customers have been looked after here individually. Today, we are known as a well-stocked screw and tool supplier and our trade customers have the choice of over 3,500 items. Our employees provide optimal advice thanks to their extensive expertise and respond individually to every customer request. By connecting with the field sales service, regular group meetings are held here in order to always find the best solutions for our customers.

Kaiserslautern

At our site in Kaiserslautern, our customers have been looked after competently for over 30 years. We are known in the region as a reliable supplier of screws and tools and are quick and easy to get to, being directly connected to the A6 motorway. Technical and consulting expertise are the hallmarks of our employees, who respond to every customer request as best they can. With regional roots, we speak the language of our customers in the area and know the region very well, allowing us to maintain especially lasting customer relationships.

Hürth

Hürth branch

Our Hürth branch is located just outside Cologne. This central location and our experienced and highly motivated employees make the location a popular point of contact for customers and field sales representatives. Our expertise ranges from providing a traditional business for purchasing screws and tools to being a competent partner and system administrator, including servicing directly at our customers’ premises. Our focus is on consulting and selling to commercial customers (B2B), for which we find tailor-made and individual solutions.

Our collection point shop is located in Wandsbek, in the middle of our cooperation partner’s store, electrical wholesale company Walter Kluxen. With a passion for trades and plenty of expert knowledge, our employees advise on the stock assortment of tools and fastening technology as well as DIN and standard parts. Particularly personal customer contact distinguishes the togetherness experienced.

Hannover

Our latest collection point shop has been located in Hanover since 2018, integrated into the premises of Walter Kluxen electrical wholesale. The shop is located close to the A2 motorway and is ideally accessible for our customers. Our extensive assortment is complemented by the expert advice of our staff, who encourage you to handle and try out products in store.

Berlin

In the north-east of Berlin is our newest Berlin location, established in cooperation with electrical wholesaler Uni Elektro. The collection point shop is located in the middle of our sister company’s premises, serving customers from numerous different industries Monday to Friday. Our employees provide tailored advice to customers on our assortment of products and provide an exciting bridge to our sister company to discover a different product portfolio.

Berlin Montanstrasse shop

Our largest collection point shop in Berlin is located in a trading estate in the north of the city. Over approx. 600 m², our customers can find a large number of tools, fastening technology as well as DIN and standard parts. In addition to the expertise of our employees, our trade customers are greeted by a large and exciting display of power tools from Bosch and Milwaukee. Customer events, including a bockwurst sausage day and a tradespeoples’ breakfast, make visiting the shop an extraordinary experience.

Berlin Schwäbische Strasse shop

Our collection point shop in Berlin Schöneberg is part of our heritage and enjoys a long tradition. For more than four decades, we have been a popular contact point for all tradespeople in Berlin – valued for the expertise of our employees and the proven product range. In modern premises, our small and trusted team provide friendly and tailored advice to our customers.

Leipzig

In the southern outskirts of Leipzig, our customers are welcomed to one of our largest collection point shops in Germany. Our shop serves more than 600 customers from many different industries every day – having done so now for over 25 years! It’s little wonder our customer relationships there are practically friendships. The expert knowledge and skills of our employees combined with our assortment of tools, fastening technology as well as DIN and standard parts ensure our customers are very well served.
