With negotiating and sales skills, you will develop an individual strategy for your customers in order to grow together and retain them in the long term at RECA. You acquire new key customers independently and purposefully and optimize their workflows and processes. Your excellent understanding of figures, your strong presence and your communicative manner will help you to convince managing directors, purchasers and strategic decision-makers of our products, services and management solutions. You pursue one goal: to help your customers achieve greater effectiveness and efficiency.

Which area is right for you?

Regional key account management

In regional key account management, you will be responsible for the operational and strategic support of our major regional customers from a wide range of industries.

You will prepare offers, conduct negotiations at decision-maker level and conclude local framework contracts and supply agreements. You will advise and support your customers on individual issues – e.g. the introduction of digital procurement and management solutions – and actively support the sale of our products and services.

In cooperation with our national and international key account managers, you will also be responsible for local customer locations of national and international customers. You will plan, control and manage sales and further expand business relationships.

National key account management

In national key account management, you will support nationally active companies with a central purchasing structure. You will prepare quotations and conclude framework contracts and supply agreements. You will also maintain active contact with the regional key account manager in order to manage specifications or activities with the customer.

You will provide advice and support on complex, individual issues – e.g. the introduction of digital procurement and management solutions – and actively support the sale of our products and services in a wide range of sectors and industries.

International key account management

In international key account management, you will support companies with a central purchasing structure whose main location is outside Germany. You will prepare offers, conduct negotiations at decision-maker level and conclude framework contracts and supply agreements.

The signed agreements form the basis for operational customer support by the RECA foreign companies or, if there are branches within Germany, by regional key account management. For sustainable implementation, you will therefore maintain active contact with the national or regional key account manager in order to accompany specifications or activities with the customer.

Industry

As a key account manager in the industrial sector, you will create customised solutions for efficient C-part management for production materials flexibly, individually and in close cooperation with customers. In doing so, you will analyseproduction processes, test delivery concepts and develop the project business to meet the needs of our customers. Your knowledge of industrial business, for example in the fields of Kanban and RFID, distinguishes you as an important consultant and point of contact.
